상담 이력 관리 & 서비스 품질 개선

✅ 자격요건
한국어 또는 영어 능통 (읽기·쓰기·말하기)
- 한국어 직무: 타이핑 160타 이상
서비스 마인드 & 고객 응대 역량 보유
책임감 있고 긍정적인 태도

⚡ 전형 절차
서류 전형 및 온라인 면접 (이력·경력 검토)
- 언어 활용 테스트 (한국어/영어) / 문장 읽기·해석 능력 / 타이핑 테스트


🏢 근무조건
근무지: 키르기스스탄 비슈케크 테크노파크 (KSJOB 중앙아시아 1센터)
급여: 월 USD 800 (고정급 + 인센티브)
근무형태: 주 5일, 1일 8시간 (한국 근로 기준 적용/한국 법정 공휴일 준수)
근무시간:
- 키르기스스탄: 08:00 ~ 17:00
- 한국(KST): 11:00 ~ 20:00

Korean Chat/Community Support: 13–15 people

English Chat/Community Support: 5–6 people

💼 Main Responsibilities

Respond to online chat and community inquiries in Korean/English

Analyze customer inquiries and provide solutions

Manage consultation records & contribute to service quality improvement

✅ Qualifications

Proficiency in Korean or English (reading, writing, speaking)

Korean role: typing speed of 160+ CPM (characters per minute)

Service mindset & customer support skills

Responsibility and positive attitude

⚡ Recruitment Process

Document screening & online interview (resume and experience review)

Language proficiency test (Korean/English) / reading & interpretation test / typing test

🏢 Working Conditions

Location: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan – Technopark (KSJOB Central Asia Center 1)

Salary: USD 800 per month (fixed salary + incentives)

Work type: 5 days a week, 8 hours/day (Korean labor standards apply / Korean public holidays observed)

Working hours:

Bishkek time: 08:00 – 17:00

Korea (KST): 11:00 – 20:00
